We're looking for someone who loves Jesus deeply, is passionate about student ministry, and longs to help students discover and develop a lifelong commitment to follow Jesus for the glory of God and the sake of the world. As a church, we are deeply committed to not only creating meaningful spaces for students to cultivate friendships with students their age, but also creating an intergenerational church where the wisdom of the old and the wonder of the young blesses all and overflows into the neighborhood around us. Currently, our student ministry sees about 25-30 students each week. The right person for this role is humble, enjoys teaching God's word, is innovative, highly relational, fun, and above all else, has a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Currently this is a part time position (30 hr/wk), but there is the possibility of this being a full-time position.

Our Kids team is looking for a part-time Shine Coordinator for Sunday mornings (5-10hrs/week)! Do you have ESE experience, love Jesus, and love kids and adults with exceptional abilities? This position would be perfect for ESE paraprofessionals, teachers, and student-teachers looking for extra income, impact, and experience.

The DLC Kids Team Assistant is an administrative role responsible for assisting the DLC Kids Director with various areas within DLC Kids ministry. This role will be working (up to 20 hrs/week) to help provide loving care and nurturing to children within the DLC Kids Ministry and in our community: during church services, Wednesday night programs, and special events. Within these programs the DLC Kids Team Assistant will play an important role in helping ensure our ministry is helping children to trust and love Jesus through sharing scripture stories, building relational connection, and modeling his love and kindness through creativity and play.

Our Kids team is looking for a few more adult team members to join us! We need people who love Jesus, love kids, and like to have fun! Team members will work with a variety of ages nursery - 5th grade. This is an hourly position (<10 hrs/week). There are opportunities to work on Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, and a couple other days of the week.
