The 'Problem' of Christians

Ghandi is attributed to have said, “I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ.” Whether or not Ghandi said this exactly as stated above, I think many people outside (and inside!) the church would agree. For many, the biggest obstacle to faith in Jesus is Christians themselves - especially around the area of judgment. What do we do with that? Do we agree? Disagree? Try to refute it? This week, rather than defending a specific position the church holds, we'll look at what the Bible teaches concerning judgment and ask ourselves, "Are we living like Jesus, or are there places where his teachings around judgment ought to transform our attitudes and behaviors towards others?"
