Seniors

Young at Heart strives to build a community of seniors serving seniors in our church family as well as a clearinghouse to coordinate and communicate the needs of our seniors. Young at Heart provides opportunities for fellowship, education, meals, and so much more! Our focus is on anyone “seasoned” in life (roughly 60 and up), but anyone of any age is welcome to get involved, both by attending our events and volunteering to serve. 

You're invited to join our Young at Heart Senior Ministry (Ages 60+) at Wakulla Springs State Park on Monday, April 27th. We will enjoy a boat ride, sightseeing, and a picnic lunch catered by the park. Those interested in carpooling should meet at the church at 9:00 am. Please RSVP by April 10th to Tammy at tammyyoung89@hotmail.com. Cost is $10 - Please bring cash or check with you on the trip!

Young at Heart invites the more "mature" ladies of our church ladies to the Gathering Hall every second Monday of the month at 11:30 am for lunch and laughs!

Seniors, you're invited to join us for a Seedbed Bible study called The Letter to the Romans on Tuesdays at 3 pm at the Red Hills Village Retirement Resort on Cold Harbor Drive. This is an ongoing class - join anytime!
