Students

Throughout this special weekend we will have teachings, worship, opportunities to serve the community, games, and plenty of time to hang out and build friendships! Our hope is that it will be a fun and meaningful weekend for every student who comes. The retreat is located at Deer Lake Church and will run Friday, April 10th at 7:00 pm through Sunday, April 12th at 9 am. All students and families are invited to join us after the retreat on that Sunday morning for worship at 9 am or 10:40 am.

The cost for the retreat is $30 per student. Payment can be made through the link below or by bringing us cash or check. Please sign your student up by April 1st using the link below, and make sure you have filled out your Parental Consent/Medical Authorization Form, which you can bring with you to the retreat.

Note: This retreat is for middle school and high school students. We will have a separate day event for our Upward students sometime after the retreat. Please reach out to drew@deerlakechurch.org with any questions.

Join our youth staff team on Sunday mornings in the DLC Sanctuary at 9 or 10:30 am.

Starting Sunday, February 1st at 10:30 am, 5th and 6th graders will be invited at sermon time to join our youth team for a Bible study on the same Scripture being taught in the service (in a way created specifically for their age and stage). Starting Wednesday, February 4th, 5th and 6th graders will also join the youth group outside from 6:00–6:30 for games and pizza, then split off into their own Bible study before coming back together at the end of the night for worship and teaching.

 Join us in the Education Building (Room 208) at 6:30 pm for Bible study, games, prayer, worship, and more! You can also pop in early at 6:00 pm for an optional $3 dinner and extra game time. See you soon!
